Swaddle Magicâ„¢ strives to provide the quickest possible turnaround to our valued customers. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed.

The address we ship to is the address you provide upon checkout. Please make sure that the address you enter is the correct shipping address. 

If you choose to Priority Shipping, you will receive insurance up to $100, tracking, and delivery within 1-3 business days. This fee is non-refundable. 

If you choose free shipping, your item will be sent via first-class mail, which provides tracking, but does not offer any insurance of the item. USPS estimates a delivery time of 2-3 business day.

If you select Priority shipping, you will receive insurance (up to $100), tracking, and an estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from the shipping day.

Please note, USPS estimates their delivery timeframes, but they are unable to guarantee them.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are so confident that you will love our swaddling blanket that we offer a 100% money back guarantee. Yes, we will still accept returns even if the blanket has been used. You have to try it to know you love it, right?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date with the original packaging included. 

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE?

  • We never charge a re-stocking fee!
  • Original shipping charge is non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost (please use a trackable shipping method so there are no delays, or email us for a printable shipping label. Return shipping will be deducted from refund amount)

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund to post, depending on the payment method use
